Its intuitive design allows users to easily navigate between patients, view key clinical information, update tasks, and track progress without switching between systems.
Access from GP systems
Patienteer is seamlessly accessible via single sign-on from the GP system, allowing GPs to launch it with a single click while the patient is in front of them. This enables immediate referrals to the Neighbourhood Team and other services directly from within the GP system, streamlining the process and improving the speed and coordination of care.
